Clippy (aka Michelle McKenna), the founder of Clippy's Apple preserves, loves the seasons. Without them, life would certainly be duller. Learning to preserve seasonal fruit & veg is a fun way to make the most of local produce. It also makes ecological sense and helps your bank balance during these lean times!
To tantalise your taste-buds, a range of tempting ingredients are also included in Clippy's workshops... chilli, chocolate, garlic, alcohol, vanilla, ginger... mmmmm.... |
